Help me out here..."might as beeb drink back water it so so nasty"?...nope, even if I write it myself, it still doesn't make sense.

I believe Sleemans is now owned..or at least partly owned by Molson. I used to love the Cream Ale, but a couple of years ago the taste suddenly changed. For proof that something changed...used to be after a BBQ or whatever, of all the empties kickin' around the back yard, only the Cream Ale would have yellow-jackets in the bottles.

I think it was two years ago I noticed all of a sudden...no yellow-jackets in the bottles.
Yeah...big f'n deal I know...but I thought it was kind of interesting.

Labatt Dry Ice is one beer I never did enjoy drinking. I will drink Molson, but it will not be my beer of choice. Chris (Chadxton) one time suggested to me to try Chechzvar (spelling Chris?).

It was pretty good.

Blind...don't listen to everyone saying stay away from Stouts. There is nothing like a nice big pint of Guinness...mmmmmmmm served at barely room temperature it's the best. Just don't buy a case of it...the bottles and cans of Guiness that you can buy don't taste anything like the draught in the bar. If I remember correctly, the bottled crap is made by Molsons...or was it Labatts? Whatever...it's crap.

There are TONS of types of beer. Yes...the two most common are Ales and Lagers, but there are a world of others as well. Pilsner, Bock, Vienna, the aforementioned stout, lambic, kolsch(mmmmmmm), india pale ales...not Keiths...that's not a real IPA...altbiers the list just goes on and on. Kinda like me when asked about beer.

MOST honey beers don't taste like honey. Usually when honey is boiled with the wort it increases the alcohol level slightly and leaves the beer rather dry tasting.

I almost agree with you...just leave out the rocks. Scotch neat...maybe a drop or two of water but that's it.

Have you ever tried Highland Park? There's an incredible scotch.
