I still call BS!!!!!!

Now, Pat is the husband. He was not driving, putting him in the passenger's seat. His wife being in the drivers seat. Would it not make sense for the passenger to open the passenger's side door??

Dude's hair looks wet there. I imagine in Hawaii that water splashing onto concrete would dry up fairly quickly in the sun.
