One thing NOT to do, is involve a "new" girlfriend.. that is not fair to the new girl, and will make things very rocky for you two at the start of a new relationship..not kewl. If you were dating this girl for a while, then you should be able to talk as adults.. do it and tell her that you unfortunately have no feelings for her anymore, and that it would be pointless to keep trying..

She's trying to trap you with the friend, with you seeing her friend she'll be able to be around that much more. Just my opinion, but I'm not exactly Mr.knowwhatwomanwant either.
Oh and on the "I'm Gay" thing, heres a tip, even if your JOKING, never whisper that into your g/f's ear right after you finish having sex. I got cut off for quite some time because of that little comment

Funny thing is, I had "good" break ups will all my exs.. which means I am still friends with them all.. I have been a fairly long term kind of guy, at 29 I have only seriously dated about 3 girls. But I am good friends with them all. That kind of makes my current sweetheart kind of uncomfortable, but my exs aren't calling me at 2 in the morning!! Good luck!
