hmmm..really cool! that foam is expensive..I have worked with that stuff before at work making a fiberglass plugs. Actually Mike and I Do 99% of the plug and molds at work. That foam sands Really easy! careful not to over sand, this happends really easy as well. it sucks to prime though. got to give it a light skim of bondo or you will be fill pins hole forever very fragile too. you can glue the foam together with say locktight 401.

^ LOL Now that was funny.
I can definitely appreciate the skill that went into that NSX. And I think it shows the steps pretty well, regardless of whether it has words or not. The real skill is in the sculpting and then in the fiberglass prep for final paint. Getting the scultping to match perfectly left and right and then getting the fiberglass to be as un-wavy as possible is nothing but pure skill. One thing I may have missed though is did they glue the foam right to the fenders, nose piece etc. or did they remove the factory pieces? If they did remove them, I wonder how then the new fiberglass pieces are physically attached to the car. Building up the foam substructure is fine, but what happens after the foam is gone and you have to attach it to the car somehow? I would imagine just shaping on top of the factory stuff is easiest but then if you want dimensions that are smaller than say the factory nose or fender, you are kinda screwed.
