Has anyone used these Vga to RGB coverters to display there pc on there tv? Something messed on my tv out for S-video alot of noise in the image and kinda like static feedback. So I was thinking about trying the Vga to Rgb cable but wanted to see if others have tried this?

We use the vga to RGB cables at work often. The y work and do what they are supposed to. RGB is the best quality out there so should work for yuo just fine. You have RGB inputs on your tv?

So you use these cables from your pc at work to a Tv? Yeah I have 27" Sony Vega with 1 RGB connection. How do you find the quality? I was gonna buy one but I found a couple sites how to make them which are very basic.. Just get some shrink tube or whatever that is anda way ya go it has the schematics *sp* on what wires go where to the rca RGB.

well we use them for multiple things, anything with a vga output that needs to be in vga. We run all inputs to our projectors rgb when possible that is why we use the cables. The input you are talking about on your tv, do you mean component inputs (three rca conectors) because RGB is five wire.

Everything I Found referring to rgb is 3 wire *red , Green, Blue *... or can be compents as well. My dvd player/tv has Red, Green , Blue female rca ends. So all I want to do is Vga *D-Sub convert to RGB and connect direct to my tvs rgb on the back of course I have to change the resolution for my tv but that's no biggie.

that is a component video input. The best that come with standard tv sets. I have no experience with the vga to component cables. The quality will still be lacking on your tv. Will apear "fuzzy". There is not much you can do about the quality of a pc on a tv set, just different signals. There are expensive scalers and converters but even then tvs still do not produce great images

I contacted Sony about it and they said it's the same as the R,G,B 3 inputs. But some companies lable them different like AC3 is dobly digital for example but they said the tv does take RGB inputs.
