That's ridiculous you would have thought this crap was done with at least to that extreme with Matthew Sheppard's case.

I hope to god they're tried as adults for comitting that serious of a crime.

It does however its like people wanting the death penalty reinstated in Canada. What happens to those wrongfully accused.

Personally they should state something around such serious crimes regardless of your age should be tried as adults or have more serious penalties.

If they're tried as adults $10 says they're locked in protective custody with all the other sex offenders (Paul Bernardo etc)

There's limits once you've reached this limit the Young Offender's Act shouldn't be considered really murder or almost murder no way, you throw a rock at someones car of course but not when it comes to causing that sever bodily harm to someone.

1167 is my number, the justice system needs a good shake to the head, STuff like this is all too often. When something like this happens, everybody hears about it, but quite often "lesser" offences like this go unnoticed by the pulic, thats even more sickening as far as Im concerned.

Some lady here in London killed a kid riding his bike on the sidewalk/grass somehow she drover off the road and hit him, and last thing I heard there are no charges to be laid or at least yet, I was in Subway when I heard about it and didn't hear all of it.
