Talking

ding ding

I knew about Kalib being in season 3 back in October - turns out one of the bartenders at our favourite neighbourhood pub is a buddy of his.

Forrest got robbed. Yes it was close but IMO Tito lost that fight. Peoples is an idiot so I knew which way he would score it but to have the other judges go 30-27 for one and 29-28 the opposite way is just another joke that makes the UFC what it is.
The UFC will never be Pride.

I was least interested in this UFC out of them all as the card sucked but the Tito fight made it worth watching. Too bad the judges scored it so poorly.

I agree, it was good seeing the frustration on Ortiz build on every un-sucessfull take down. But Ortiz definatly has the upper hand for close range on the ground beating..

Just like bonner commentated.. Forrest needed a few wake up calls to release the wildness!

If there was five rounds the outcome would have been different..

Forrest called it how it was in the post fight interview, he lost the first round outright and Tito's 3rd round take down solidified the win for him.

That take down was b.s for him to earn the win.. he did all... it looked like Griffin got more shots in then tito... it was a pretty boring fight... I am looking forward to Royce Gracie Vs Matt Hughes however that should be hellova match....

For ANY one that says TITO did'nt when that fight.....
Stop there before you look really dumb,Tossing your arms around like a monkey WILL NOT WIN YOU A FIGHT.Start watching these things as a JUDGE,Not some fight lovin boob.
The only thing Forrest did right in that fight was not let TITO get him back down.

I trained MMA for 9yrs, support that circuit quite well, and have more than a dozen friends with their pro-card's actively fighting. You can disagree with my call on the fight but don't call me a noob on the subject.

Bottom line is that Tito took the first round, Forrest took the second round, and the third round was close but Forrest did enough to win it.

I give you 3 thumbs up on the experience.
And I am sorry for jumping the gun.
But I have also trained for 7 years and have been trainning with my 2 daughters ,soon to be my son (just started walking 2 weeks ago)
I watch those fights as a judge,I score and I HAVE NO FAVORITES.Before the judge's call came out,Myself along with for friends that also train,Had TITO on top.
Sure forrest did a GREAT job you could tell Randy had trained the hell out of him.
But he did NOT do enough to take the fight,He had NO PROBLEM stated that HIMSELF at the end of the fight.
