Edit: Dont think it would be a DB1100D since it puts out its power at 1 ohm.
Any model that would run my subs perfect I like the looks of 'em. Someone on here did an install with them and it looked amazing. I just can't remember who it was.

However I did stop in my favorite local car audio shop to see what they had because its the 'spring blow out' etc. And I might pick up a Kenwood KAC 8101D tomorrow for $280.

Personally I think you can get more power for the money. The 8101D is only rated for 400x1 RMS at 2 ohms, and your subs could handle much more. What type of budget do you have for your amp?

If you dont mind paying a little more, an amp like that would be perfect for your subs.

I was told that it could run 250-350 to each subwoofer at 4ohms, somethin like that.

I have a $350 max thats including tax. I would love a PG amp however the only dealer that carries PG in Belleville rips people off for prices. I paid friggin $450 for a Alpine CDA 9827 found out its only worth about $300-350

It would probly put out 350 split between the two subs, but I dont think each sub would get that much power. There are always amps for sale in that price range on other sites like caraudioforum.com and what not. That is if you dont mind used stuff.

Ps - buy one of SPLheertz's US Amps DE 1000's.

asking 450...maybe you can whine it down to closer to your range.

a VERY good amp and pretty close to your range, p-lus its located in Toronto.

1000w rms @2ohms, to boot!!

Yea he offered one but I dunno if I can swing that price as Im not gonna compete with this system anyway you know?

I did look in the classifieds section didn't see anything of interest and this post generally was to see what others opinion was on what I should run.
