So....in the apartment building accross hte alley from work, there's a chick that always gets changed in front of her window for some reason, showing skin n all. Although i've sadly never seen her, she's pretty consistant with the times.

The one dude at work is telling us this needs to be on the download as she could call the cops or something.

I can't understand how there's anything illegal about looking out hte window at work and see'n someone else. But he was pretty ademate about it being illegal. It's not because he doesn't want her to know or find out....as this guy is gay....so....is there any truth at all to this some how being illegal?

i do beleive there was a case where a guy was visably masterbating in his house and his neighbour tryied to sue him and they lost

He was more so saying it was illegal for us to be looking as if we could somehow get in trouble for it....

Technically, if your in your house, and you look out the window (without binoculars) then its perfectly LEGAL.. its her problem if she strips by the window have you not seen the GIRL NEXT DOOR.. perfectly legal.. miiommm.. meum..

in my last place someone in the next door up on the 15th floor thay had sex in away that the hole place knew someone called the cops when they are doing it the cops saw it then thay went next door and left in the cops car

you can look out your window she needs think about it (do you have a web cam ?)
