The Rolling Stones .......

Last time they were here (well, in Alberta, they played Edmonton) they had one of their infamous non-announced bar gigs at The Back Alley nightclub (which is across the street from my shop) here in Calgary.
That afternoon, the Back Alley boys stuck a small reader board sign out front that simply said:
THE ROLLING STONES
TONIGHT ONLY
The place was packed... REALLY fast.
I'll watch the "crack alley" the week before the show at the 'Dome, in case they do it again... Will post it here if I actually see a sign again!

Honestly I can't believe they're all still alive. They all looking like walking corpses. I think they need to retire and realize that their glory days are behind them. McJagger is going to end up collapsing on stage one of these days from a heart attack.

It is sad when one of the best bands around is comprised of guys old enough to be the grandfathers of the so called bands around today -- current bands suck.
