Ok the white cavalier I'm scheduling to go look at is either offering 2 different sets of rims or just the one.

I'm trying to get a quote of what he's asking with the other rims he seems to be trying to sell me. And I've never bought rims nor do I really know anythin about them so if you guys could tell me what you think they're worth that would honestly be a great help.

These are the rims he would like to sell with the car, Motegi MR5's 18's. He said he's had them for about 7 months, and the tires are like new have only 500-600k (I'm pretty sure he meant 50-60, because 500-600k is not new lol).

Axis 18

and these are the other set that are currently on the vehicle that I would like as they aren't to over do it.

I just need to know how much they'd be worth to make him an offer, right now tho I'm trying to get him to sell the car to me with the axis rims.

Used rims go for about $1200 with tires. WIthout tires they go for around $800-900 a set for some fairly nice ones like those. If he were to include those rims.. expect another $1000 added to the price tag. I personally wouldn't bother though. YOu see SO MANY average cars with some fairly nice rims that it just doesn't perk any interest any more.

If you want a personalized car... then thats something else.... but I honestly wouldn't bother.

The only rims that make me look twice are really expensive ones...

But the only drawback.. is that they... (no $hit eh?) really are expensive

A set of 18's like this are $4200 including wheels... and they are only 18's

Those are the ones I have on order... should be in soon.. but mine are going to be blue.

No.. I already asked... there are LOTS of nice rims out there.. But they add about $4k to the price of a limo.. and dont make any difference towards how often they get rented out... so its nice and all. but they dont do a damn thing.
They basically attract the wrong kind of crowd too. The party kind of rowdy people are a pain in the *** to deal with... a bunch of drunks that trash the limo... no thanks...
Its the corporate stuff that is a pleasure to deal with... and those are the kind of people that really dont care for nice rims like those..

Those rims are going on my car... but the ones I ordered are blue instead of red.... since my car is a light baby blue.

Hey limo do you have a pic of your car? If I got that white car I was actually gonna look into painting it either baby blue or just black. Cuz I can't stand white lol However the rims I like for a cavy are like these shown below:

I don't like anything to fancy, it does attract the wrong crowd and sometimes it just looks like to much. Good idea on the blue though it'll look much better than red, the red looks sharp but I'm just not one for red.

I make a fair bit as a limo driver (I take home about $4000/month) So I've really been able to fix it up LOTS recently. Looks nice now. But I can't wait for those new rims to arrive.

Do you think that cars a 1994 or a 2004? looks good eh? I love it... its my baby.

Problem is though... is that cosmetically its nice... but it needs a fair bit of work mechanically. Like the power steering pump just died... but still comes back to life once and a while... and the engine ticks... and now burns oil.. I have a fair bit of work to do on it. Like it needs a clutch soon too. about 15K over due for a timing belt. I should really get my priorities in order
