Are these things really any good?
My Dr. has told me I need to cut my carb,sugar and fat intake to llose weight and to big my my hypoglycemia ( http://www.hypoglycemia.org/hypo.asp ) under control.
He also said I need to bring up my protein level a little bit too.So I was thinking about trying one of those "meal replacment" deals.He a shake for breakfast,then a small lunch and then a good supper...
Any thoughts?

I use these two;
straight protien http://www.sndcanada.com/gc/gc_item.exe?F=D&K=ON-H112&R=H%2FCatalog%3AProtein%20Powder%20-%205%20lb%20container&ID=06191442536919212813122&F F=H&FK=Catalog:Protein%20Powder%20-%205% 20lb%20container&Z9=0
protien with a few carbs (40g protien/20g carb) http://www.sndcanada.com/gc/gc_item....lacements&Z9=0
They are both very high quality and well priced.
