You will get something if you sign an agreement not to sue paypal in the future. I have my lawyer looking into the whole thing now. He can read that stuff i can't. I let you guys know what he thinks.

9.7 million sure doesn't look that big when over, say 5 million people, does it?

Its gets better

If the Court awards attorneys' fees and costs in the amount requested, Class Counsel estimate that there will be approximately $4.3 million to pay the claims of Dispute Resolution Claimants. Half of the money allocated to Dispute Resolution Claimants will be allocated to pay Short Form Claimants (the "Short Form Fund"). The other half will be allocated to pay Long Form Claimants (the "Long Form Fund").

That means the lawyers will eat up $5.4 million, more than half of the settlement - big surprise. Next, 1/2 of the remaining money goes to the "long form" people who REALLY lost money on this. That leaves $2.15 million for all of you who want that quick buck for having done nothing. Divide $2.7 million by 9 million people and you get $0.22 cents @ person.

Ok, now you're saying "most people are lazy and won't apply". Sure, I'll buy that, now if only 10% of people apply they will get a whole $2 US. Start up that BBQ, the steaks are coming out !! In the end as always, its only the laywers that win

To add, for Tinted to get $1600 and with ONLY 10% of the people applying on the short form, there would need to be a $1,440,000,000 settlement
