if ur washin it it shouldn't be that bad since u got water to cool off with. I wake up in a pool of sweat on days where its 27°C or higher cuz sun shines on my room first thing int he morning right till later on in the afternoon n i never have the window open so I wake up in sweat turn the fan on n go back tos leep lol
