An odd car problem I am having...

Check power steering fluid , cold fluid will cause pump to whine , low fluid level in cold is even lower . Belts[ if V groove ] for shine on on the sides , Alt. will whine went under heavy load like cold starts on cold days [ blower motor on max , rear defog on , daytime running lites , sterio / amps ] goes away as batt / engine compartment warms up. I hope nothing goes bad before U find it .
