As far as im concerned the bigger the tv, the better, however, I would never buy sony in a million years. I have purchased countless numbers of sony products in the past 3 years only to have every peice of it, crap out on me! the only thing that's still working is my play station! Im just waiting for that to go....oh yeah, the freakin controllers dont work right. SONY BLOWS! no offence to you dood, just telling my sony story. And sony is way overpriced......

Nice set...I got me a 61" sony...not a widescreen though. I've had it for 1½ years now without any problems at all.

I can sit and stare at the hi-def promos for hours. Unfortunately we just don't have that much hi-def material available to us yet. I guess we're waiting to see the results of HD overdose on the "lab rat" Americans before we bother flooding our satellites with it.

Warren.

I recently bought a Sony 51" High-Defintion Ready widecreen rear projection. Its pretty nice.

I also bought a Kenwood 6.1 THX receiver.

Paired that up with some Mirage speakers and its not a bad setup.

I also have a Pansonic progressive scan DVD player, Shaw digital cable (not the newest $600 box), Xbox and of course, a VCR.

I love watching movies now in the comfort of my own home.
