is it just a loop whole in the law that some what protects us? How is it Canadians are safer when ti comes to downloading music/movies? You always see as well servers that want to move to Sweden because of there laws as well?? What laws does Sweden have that "piracy" sites always want to move there stuff there?

We are safe for the time being because how many people have to heard of in Canada getting sued? They are only going after people in the US and certain countries in Europe right now. I am sure if a cop came to your house on another matter and found out what was going on they would charge you but the RIAA isn't going after people in Canada yet.
Iran has the best laws if you want to pirate stuff because there is no copyright law there.

^^^Ahh I see... What's really stopping them from going after people in Canada though? It just sounds like a matter if they want to or not, not so much there's a law so really anyone can still be taken down eseentially regardless of Country??

Well, I guess they don't think it's big enough to start going after people in Canada yet. I really don't know. If they wanted to, yes they could start coming after us tomorrow if they wanted.
I think they can only go after people if their country has a copyright law. If they don't I don't think they can go after them.
It's just that the US and Europe, well it's much bigger then it is in Canada.
