I usually put about 1/2 of whatever is recomended .........

that goes for the presugured mixes too .....way too sweet the way they say to do it

do you guys realize how many CARBS are going into those drinks!!!!

i use the sugar free kool-aid and other drink mixes...they already come premixed with the equivalent of 1 cup of sugar (only it's low cal sweetener) just add water!!!
