^^ How did I know your posts was going to be about knowing someone who owns a Lambo? ... christ, you know EVERYONE.

Btw.. the car passed the e-test. You should have it Saturday morning.

happened to see 2 lambo's on my way home from work on monday.

first one was broken down in the center lane, and there were 2 tow truck drivers scratching their heads on how to tow the damn thing.

the second was 5 minutes later when I was getting gas, it pulled in beside me.

the guy acted like I should be impressed that he drove it. lah dee freakin dah, nice car, but leave the attitude in the glove box

Always impressive to see any Lambo. They do embodify the word 'exotic car'. Now what doesn't impress me is how relatively crappy their cars are built. They are stellar performers but the Diablo doesn't even have power steering And the fact that I don't think I've heard of a clutch lasting more than 10,000 kms is a joke. Sure they got almost 500 HP but so do a lot of cars now these days and they get can more than 2 oil changes out of a $10,000 clutch repair.

I read a very cool article where a magazine took out a Diablo and an F40 out for a few days to see how they would do in the real world. It was laughable how many little things broke and fell off that to me indicates crap build quality. Even the new Lambos have quite a few interior parts from the VW and Audi parts bins. Those cars have beautiful design, incredible engineering and materials (some) but the way they are actually assembled.......could be better for what they cost.

I thought that some exotic cars did not go with power steering so that you can get better feedback from the road?
