Comparing how a country, or province will be ran, to where you get your gas doens't really make sense... of course voting is important, and for the people that don't vote and say " it's just one vote, why bother " if everyone thought that way, then nothing would get done, but come on, he's not going to start a crusade against Esso, and have hundreds of people intentionly go to shell, or another gas station because of his problem with pre-paying...

So with that in mind... how is 2 people going to a different gas station going to hurt Esso's yearly proffits... it isn't, now if lots of people decided the same thing and chose to go to another company's gas station, then it would make a difference, but not with just 2 people.......

Oh I know what you mean but one of the most important things that we learn in school and doing business from a economic and business point of view is to not give business where you're not satisfied. I'm not saying convience others but just you yourself not to go there. If I don't like Esso and I stop going there, that's $300 less a month that they're getting from me. If 10 people do the same that's $3,000 less. Now what if I and those 10 people all though "doesn't matter since it won't hurt them" and we continued going there. we're still supporting them.

not saying he should do a crusade but just wherever you're not satisfied, don't do business with them. if everybody thought this way, the world would be a better place.
