Conservative, the grits have been in power way too long, they need to learn who is the boss... US! We elect and pay them, and then they turn around and screw us up the collective arsehole by giving away our money, and making policy decisions based on what they think that canadians would want, if we all thought like them.
Remember the Billinon Dollar Boondoggle?? the director of HRDC didn't even get disciplined. if anyone else on EARTH wasted a billion dollars and had no idea where it went they'd at the least be fired on the spot, in any other government on earth. And now, after everyone's convinently forgotten that issue, she's quit her government job, and moved to switzerland, hmmmm swiss bank account anyone?

The people that would rather see corporations get huge tax breaks?
The people that want to see privatized health care?
The people who have a HORRIBLE track record of broken promises?
I can't see how anybody(being a rational, thinking person) could actually vote for one of those parties. It's simply illogical to give either of those parties your vote.

AT UBC -- International students pay double to triple the tuition fees of "Canadian" students. The money that the University "makes" from these students helps to make an extra "spot" for "Canadian" students.
How do I know this? I had frends from around the world who gladly paid their hiked tuition fees, because it was still far less expensive to go to school in Canada than in the US or Asia.
Oh, and by the way -- I never vote by party, because they are all corrupt -- I vote for who I want to be my MP.

It is different for each school though, some really cater to the foreign student more than others. I really don't care one way or another as in Alberta you don't need no stinkin edumacashun to make boatloads of money, although you will have to really work hard for it.
I also vote for the local MP and ours is very good, he gets alot of "face time" as he was the opposition finance critic.

I could be wrong.. but these politicainas hrmm cant spell anyway they dont seem to have any new/fresh idea's they all talk about the same thing..
what about like immigration.. who should get in.. should they speak english.... should we reconize foreign univeristy accredition to help work shortages here? I think that new immigrants should be banned from welfare/UI for 5 years after coming in.. medical is fine.. but no sense in having someone come here who is not fit/unwilling to work..
crime.. like why do these people have more rights then the genereal public.. dunno who read paper today.. but had case that inmates are justified in carrying weapons... WTF i can't do anything about someone breaking into my car.. but while in jail can arm themselves?

I would like to see a Government that will grow the gonads big enough to take this country into independantism(sp?) IE. Why the **** do we sell our raw materials to the US to have them process it and sell it back to as at huge markups? I say, we build our own beef processing plants here in Canada and the US can take the beef ban and shove it up their ***. Also, lets process our own lumber instead of sending it south and buying it back. Same goes for fossil fuels, Canada has enough resources to pretty much 100% supply istelf. Lets get a government 'man' enough to cut the umbilical cord from the US. Not say close the border....just get ourselves more independant. This whole beef ban thing is all because CROTCHEN's attitude tomowords Bush. So who the **** cares if it would cost $100 million to make a beef plant or two. It would create so many jobs and would vastly improve the Canadian economy.
