Keep in mind that you may never be able to gain 20 pounds of lean muscle. Genetics have to do with how much you can ultimately gain or lose. Weight is not something that you should be focusing on, you should be more worried about how healthy you are overall.
Overall I'm healthy... I stopped smoking, work out here and there, very active outdoors, play hockey and haven't been sick in nearly 2 years (knock on wood)

Then keep at that lifestyle eat a bit more here and there but try not to eat so much of the fast food on a regular basis. Not healthy. give it time expand your stomach. Perhaps you'll get lucky and slowly begin to gain the weight u want.

Damn! I wish I had that problem, lol. Having 3 kids worked for me.

weight training and cardio is the way to go with a healthy diet
icbc is paying for it so i can go back to work !
it is not all weight training !
and after the 6M my dr may say no you can not go back to my job ......he has me on alot of stuff right now

I'm sure you were exaggerating a bit.no i'm 293lbs i was 210lbs and my wight should be 180 if you look it up in the dr book .i would be happy at 210lbs

see if you smoke pot you over eat and thats why you expand your stomach .
i do not smoke pot gave it up, had to!!!!
