How to post pictures

Tried to get a few files from my computer on to a thread. No luck. I can get them to my attachments, but no further.

use a site like photobucket.com

load yer pics onto that and then copy the link [img] [/img]

the way i do it is upload the file i want to post on photobucket.com, them copy the image url and paste in on your thread.

OR if they are car audio related pictures, you can upload them right to this site. Go the the Car Audio Pictures link in the red header near the top of the page. There is an UPLOAD feature there.

I saved some sub pics at Photobucket in 640x480. When I post them here they show up as 1024x786 which is to frikkin big and you have to scroll left to right. What am I doing wrong? Any help appreciated.
