The mall I don't think "flooded" but had some "issues" .. CBC has an article saying a skylight fell in over the ice rink and caused some problems. I would also imagine they had issues with the parking areas flooding and such. It has been raining here for it seems like weeks now!!

Ouch.
We had hail like that several years ago. Did some major damage to our barn windows, but that was the extent of it. It knocked my neighbour barns down too (the wind I mean, not hail). Our basement flooded once already this yr. Luckily my tools are all ok.
