doesnt the car have to be put on a dyno for emissions?

AirCare in BC uses a dyno, and does a test under load. You stand in the little booth beside the dyno, while the tester guy lets her rip [img]smile.gif[/img] ]


Even if the problem with the tire werent for the dyno, I can definately see why they would not let the car go with un-safe tires. I certainly would not let a car leave if I knew it would not be safe on the road.

yep most drive clean places in ontario do a 40km/h load test on the dyno for a basic e-test

I know what your trying to say but not everyone is mechanically inclined and know much about their car, should that mean they dont deserve to drive? NOT AT ALL.

So I guess your theory can apply to everything right?

Do your own plumbing, electrical, electronics... yada yada yada.

So i guess if your TV breaks down and you can't fix it yourself, then you dont deserve to own or watch a TV?

they are actually ASM 25/25 (acceleration simulation mode, 25MPH and 25%load - YES mph works out to 40kph

if the car had non disengable AWD you can to do a 2 speed idle test (wheels do not move)
