Yes...8TrackBoy finally has good news...

The day started with me finding a toonie in a pants pocket of my laundry.Then getting to work early for a change rather than just in time.

The best part(s) of the day were right after I walked in...

My boss comes to me with my application for transfer to another store which is offering better hours, 1/2 the staff are friends, and the store is very spacious so noone bangs into eac other....he approved it!!On one condition....I have to wait til he finds someone to replace me...His words "This place would fall apart if not for someone like you here.."And of course he is now taking his time to find a replacement, but I shall soon take care of that...lol...

Anyway...on with the good stuff....

After his approval of the application I took this prime chance to ask for the day off on August 21 for the 3x show here...DONE!!

To continue the great day, I decided to treat myself to a lunch at Montana's..yeah,I know,watch the spending..trust me, I am..this is a rare one right now....Anyway,I phoned my order in to save a little time when I got there.When I get there, it turns out my server is one of my regular customers.And low and behold,because I saved him some money a few days ago, he gave me a discount on my meal...SCORE!

I tell ya...Life is finally slowly starting to come into order...I've nearly got my finances on a balanced level,I'm loosing weight,I'm on the verge of having a social life again with the new hours I will get...and I'm sure there's more, but right now I can't think of them....
