Figuring out gas milage....
#1
Hmmm so i got somewhere around 500km on about 67L so my guesstimate go's.
I kinda randomly figured this all out in my had and worked it out to about 21mpg. But by the time i finished i was so confused and now my head hurts and i don't even know how i really worked that out.
Anyone else wanna help me out and confirm this one way or another?

figure out km per litre
500 divided by 67
500/67=7.46 km/litre
multiply by 4.54 (4.54 litres per Imperial gallon)
3.8 (3.8 litres per US gallon)
7.46*4.54=33.87 km/gallon
divide by 1.6 ( 1 mile in 1.6 km or on the speedo
100 miles/hour = 160 km/hours exactly!)
33.87/1.6 = 21.17 miles/gallon.

3.8 litres is an american gallon - 4.54 is an Imperial gallon (what Canada used to use! )
