Many German , Czech Real beers ... probably rate best in world . There are many smaller privat breweries in europe and other countries who make a good brew too but ...
Then for the occasional summer cooldown a Corona or two , don't mess with Light as you will not get your money refunded for drinking pischsss.
Double Amens on the Keith's a solid performer !!!
Guiness ocassionaly to still my dark side .
What's your favourite Whisky to go with a Beer ?

Don't worry, I have had the joy of installing my leaderboard on my PC while in my unconditoned office! -- but I have enjoyed
2 - Sleeman Cream Ale
2- Grolesh
2 - Hoegaarden
my excuse is that it is hot in here!

Wow, Mike you seem to appreciate hop beer, eh?
Guinness seems to vary for me, do you find the same?...one day I opened one up and the widget didn't go off. UUUGGH!! No fizz, no head.
Here are my faves:
Stella Artois
Becks
Lowenbrau
Czech - can't remember the name but it was a very good Czech beer.
Rickards Red - with red meat only.

There's a few Belgian beers I've tryed that are Lambic brewed, natural yeast that comes in on the winds.

The tap is the real way to have Guinness -- I do usually keep a couple of emergency draft cans in the fridge though.
A really nice Czech beer you can buy locally is Czechvaar -- it actually a lager!
Pilsner Urquel is good but can be skunky in the bottle -- big problem with many imports.
Belgian beers usually don't go skunky because they are repackaged in Canada (Stella, Hooegarden,Liffe).
At CES this year I met Angelo from AVU Owen Sound and he told me about "Real Ales" aka "live Ales" -- haven't tried them yet, but I would really like to... anyone know of "live ales" being available in BC? -- that is the one thing I miss about living in Vancouver -- I used to go to Culpeppers (16 taps of import -- 1 back-up Guinness!) -- I don't know of any pubs with "good" imports on tap in Abbotsford -- if anyone does, let me know!
Man, can you tell I LOVE a GOOD pint?
