F*** Ups
**** U P S.... i ordered an amp from the states last year an mtx 92001 and got it fast which was nice, my gf payed the customs charges at the door via mastercard all was good... recieved one notice 2 months later saying they saw no payment, card them bitch and all was good. well here we are a year and a month later on ****ing christmas and there is a letter from a ****ing collections agency saying i have 3 days to pay my bill... i recieved no final notice and all seemed settled before. oh and the best part i have 3 days to pay and my bank is closed for 4, **** this , merry ****ing christmas to me

send a copy of the paid bill to the collection agency and tell them its fraud if they want to keep after you for more.. also send a copy to the credit burough of canada to further protect yourself. i would let UPS and the credit collector agency know that this has been forwarded to the credit burough for fraud investigation. chances are they will never contact you again..

umm companies do not ship products that are not paid for

this does not look right, I would verify the payments were in fact paid and not canceled (by the gf for instance). But this is not how business is conducted, legitimate companies need to communicate well in order to survive.

Yep, UPS is fast for things out of the US, but their brokerage fees at the door are dreadful. I've been there and done that. I always get things shipped via airmail for this very reason and wait the extra delivery time. Maybe in your case the payment did not prosessed for some reason or another, find the mastercard statement showing the payment and call them back armed with the proof.
