Say you came across some confidential documents that were supposed to be destroyed for a third party that date back more then 10years...

Some really interesting stuff (and not for the faint of heart) that most people would never get their hands on....

Would ebay even allow you to auction them off ?

For moral and legal reasons, Iam already thinking it would be best to black out all actual names, places, and the origin of the documents....

I'd say do the decent thing... destroy/shred them if you think it's the sort of thing that should just be left alone.

Or bring it in to the local police station and leave it with them.

I'd say no to the ebay thing.
