You have got to be kidding me, that is stealing at it's finest. Your buddy never paid for the items, and he knows they dont belong to him. If he doesn't send the items back, then he "screwed up" just as much as the company did...Come on...
His Buddy didn't steal anything a company sent his order that he paid for buy credit card! Which shows a legit purpose try and prove he "STOLE" anythign with a legit Credit Card statement and recipt... As for the extras it was a buy 1 get 1 free deal!

Apple computer sent a computer system to a friend of mine. It was paid for, so no problem. One week later another computer shows up. He isn't charged for the second one. He spends half a day phoning Apple trying to give it back. One week later he tries again, then a month later. My buddy knows it's wrong to keep something he didn't pay for. The last time he tried, the woman in charge of sales basically told my buddy to quit harrassing them about it. He sold the second computer and made a thousand bucks.
Yeah, yeah, another ethical bunch of crap..................

Anyhow, it's up to his buddy if he keeps the items or not, I could care less.

I've always believed in the opposite..... that a person is born full of evil. The person then spends their life time growing up supressing their desires and selfishness. Observing the suffering of others and learning about compassion.
Buddhism
Hell is life on earth
You get to leave hell (earth) when you reach Nirvana
If you don't reach Nirvana, you come back to try it all over again or worse, just die (lost soul).
Life's a bitch and then you die.
Oh s*it! I think this thread is going to get locked. It's getting too off topic and it's causing people to think out loud.
I'm sorry, really..............

Eiter or I'd just hang on to it for awhile like I said month or 2 and see if they ask for it back.

I flip flop on this issue. On one hand I would inspect the second shipping invoice and see if all the gear was on the packing slip or just the power supply. Then Evil Dukk would sit on the gear for 60days and after that do with it what they wanted.
Rightous Dukk would feel guilty that these items came for nothing and would call the company and attempt to return them. Rightous Dukk has a strong belief in Karma.
Damn Rightous Dukk would win too
CasinoGreek - I like the duffle bag statement. I may steal it for my sig. Just a heads up

I would think it was common sense, but aparently not.

I sold something on eBay stating that it was AS-IS..............knowing that it wouldn't work...........................after the auction I decided to not take the person's money and since then I have had some pretty good luck.....................................things have definatly been going in my favor lately.....................
