Do you drive high?

"I sure as hell couldn't drive high, I get so paranoid I'd think my seats were trying to eat me!" <-------- now that was funny.
Yuli, people do indeed run red lights all the time, in this case though it is appearing to be that he was not in the proper care and control of his vehicle. Alcohol ruled out, speed and drugs are not.....

Running red lights is a punishable offense under the HTA, driving while under the influence is as well.
Law is the law. Weed vs Drunk; one over the other doesn't matter and there really is no argument to it.
I remember this guy in highschool who grew his own weed and used to make acid sheets. He used to spike everything with the dirtiest of chemicals he could find. He used to laugh that people loved it and bought it and it was likely killing them. He never used himself, he just reaped the benefits of peoples addictions.
I could always envision these homies sitting around puffing some phat blunts talking about how its "good "..
The government should regulate Marijuana.

Although I agree, I don't think we're ready yet ( but then again I never thought I'd live to see Amerika elect a black president either) and besides, Law Enforcement would have a hissy fit. Big Business for them. Very big.
Note: The Senate recommended legalization in 02, primarily to reduce the criminality aspect of things, but (see Law Enforcement above).

I smoke pot all the time, and driving in a city can cause problems, as it requires you to focus on many things at once. But on highway or small towns, no problem... its actually pretty awesome cranking the tunes and going for a drive. Pot can be just as bad as driving drunk except there are many factors...
-being stoned, you will drive normally and abide all road regulations (drunk people drive stupid, and careless)
-Being stoned, you will not want to drive unless necessary (drunk people like to drive)
There are more factors but i think you guys might know what im trying to get at. I would rather people smoked and drive than drink and drive any day.
Dont know too many cases where a collision was caused by being excessively high

someone driving stone isnt as dangerous as someone drunk.
BUT from personnal experience. drove once stoned and never again lmao. took me 10 mins to drive a block and 2 mins to stop at a stop sign. and drunk NEVER
both should be a fine and iligal in a vehicle

I personally don't smoke, and drink only occasionally. I've known some people that would fit into a few descriptions here. I know people who would drive more cautiously when stoned, but I've also known people who would be the terror of the roads.
I don't think it's really on a level playing field to compare marijuana and alchohol in effects on driving. They can produce some similar effects to each other sometimes, but by and large they seem to do different things. One of the things about drugs of any kind is that they take an effect on everyone differently. One of the above mentioned will smoke a blundt and promptly drop to nowhereland in the middle of a sentance repeatedly during the evening. Everyone takes to things differently. (For instance this guy Drunk Pulled Over Video )
Over all I think it is bad to drive intoxicated by any substance. It alters you from your natural mindset, whatever that may be. I do think that people deserve to at least try to drive if they are able to do so, even with some disabilities. If they are deemed to be a threat, then they should not be allowed to have a license.
