Ad awarer and spy bot. tried safe mode, does the same thing

How come I never have these problems and I never use anti-spyware programs?

Last only Compac I had that started that $hit they sent me a new HDD, then a reconditioned CPU then the warant died and 32 days later the MB went and took the CPU w/ it . I will NEVER buy a Compac again in this life time. I spent more time on phone w/ support ppl that knew LESS than I did about puters............Just my $.02.
