Who's fault would that be? His or hers?? I'm saying his but what if he was arrogant enough to fight and say it was her vehicle that hit the person [img]graemlins/dunno.gif[/img]

Yea officer... she must have hit that women just before I rear-ended her... if she says different she is lying... [img]graemlins/jack.gif[/img]
While I see how that movie is trying to prove a point... like most media it is complete BS...
Looked to me like he was travelling no faster then 30km/h at the time of impact... we will say both vehicles weight roughly 1000kg... even in a perfectly inelastic collision with zero damage to either vehicle... (and not to mention that the 2nd vehicle is stopped in neutral without the brakes engaged) the fastest speed the 2nd vehicle could lunge forward is 15km/hr....
That is like running speed for most people... Hardley fast enough to 'plow' over someone..... (might be fast enough to give her a nice bruise)
Anyone who rear-ends someone else, especially someone stopped at a stop sign...... is not paying enough attention...

seems unlikly.. plus there were at least two witnesses in that cartoon....
