Maybe I shouldnt say that, because, in reality these new precidents being set in the USA (and possibly canada?) are saying this type of behaviour is against the law....


Like I said, a few higher ups in the judicial system are starting to realize what these precidents are opening the doors for... as such they are trying to overturn and reverse them !

Where does it say its legal to install an aftermarket car stereo in Canada, for example ?
