CC that can be viewed online w/out having an acct at that bank???

Hey people.

Right now i have a couple of Credit Card's. One at the CIBC where i do the rest of my banking, then another thru RBC and a mastercard thru i dunno where.

CIBC is the only one i can view online as it's the only one thats tied to a bank acct, thus i don't use the other CC's as i hate not being able to see the balance (i don't like statements).

Does anyone know of any Credit Cards (visa or mastercard or whatever) that preferably don't have an annual fee, but give you the ability to view balance and transaction history online without having a chequing/saving acct at that bank???

just go to rbc and get a client card (debit card) with your mastercard "attached" to it.

then you can login with the client card at rbc, just like you do at cibc, and check out your mastercard

I too deal with CIBC but up until this year I also had a Mosaik MasterCard issued through Bank of Montreal. I was able to view unbilled transactions & statements on-line as well as balance info, etc. The Mosaik card can be built with a no-fee option but the "perks" won't be as good. You can view your Royal Bank Visa online. Just go to royalbank.com and under the "sign in" thing there is a drop down menu for other services. On of the options is "Visa Inquiry". Choose that, follow the steps to get registered and your set. No bank card required.

Most Visa and Mastercard companies provide some sort of online system.
