Much the way the lady used it...... "it took me a nanosecond before I realized that....." Give me a nonosecond before I......." "Two shakes of a lamb's tail" just doesn't cut it anymore. The world is a much faster place now.

In any case, your comment just made me want to say what I did. It was merely a catalyst. There's this one goofey Import site on the Internet that has a test that determines if a person is a ricer or a racer. My score indicated that 0% of people my age who took the test got a higher score than me. In fact, my score was higher than most of the results of the "younger" participants. I had to laugh. I don't know half as much about hopping up cars as my mechanic buddys who are even older than me.

I've noticed recently that there are a handful of well-seasoned people on this board. It's not all twenty-something types. Even a few girls on board (pun intended). Cool!

Like Dereck I will be getting older on the 30th of this month. 28yrs old to be exact.
Although I'm no where near my golden years (or retirement dangnabit) I hope I can come off as one of the well-seasoned individuals here.

I'm over 40 and I use the word nanosecond everytime I have to explain how an amp works.
I think the term Nanosecond was created when we discovered light speed.
BTW due to lack of intrest my midlife crisis was cancelled.
