Ok honestly is it just me or do they get worse around christmas time???

A whole 2 cars up wont make a difference if you butt in the line everyone else is already waiting in to turn

And about half if not 3/4 of the drivers I've seen do this are from Quebec.

Buddy did it today he was behind me waitin to turn left behind about 7-8 cars and just as the light goes green he pulls out into the right lane speeds up and cuts off the truck infront of me just to get in the lane to turn, like wtf mate!? It's a whole 2 cars honestly.

There are so many bad drivers around here it's not even funny. No matter where you go you'll be surrounded by them. And it always gets worse with winter and snow. It's like you'd think around here and especially up by you people would be used to snow by now. They live in Northern USA and Canada for God's sake! lol!

RDub true that but even after christmas its just as bad. People simply just get behind the wheel and dont think before they do. When I used to be in Ottawa (personally I'd say thats the city with the worst drivers, yes even compared to Toronto who has some of the most dangerous intersections in North American statistically) everyone there they don't look they just go! Like dude you LOOK first to make sure you CAN go, like did you learn how to drive and then purposely forget it once you get the card that says your legally allowed to drive [img]graemlins/dunno.gif[/img]

Blind, I agree with the Ottawa thing...Ive been here 4 years now...when I first moved it amazed me how many cars had damaged bumpers, etc...but ya...there are idiots behind the wheel every where....

Yeah my older sister went to University there for 4 years so I'd visit her occasionally as well as with hockey tournaments every season for years and the more you drive there the more you learn how bad they drive there. They seriously just dont look they just go.

I think everybody is stressed due to finances and commitments of Christmas. Believe it or not, this time of year has the highest suicide rate of the whole year. After Christmas, it'll level off again. I know its bloody frusterating as hell. I drive a 40 foot long Stretch Excursion RWD limo all day, tell me about bad driving from other people, I have to deal with it constantly. I hate it when I see these ***** weaving in between cars, driving like total morans. Being 22, my insurance is astronomical, but seeing other people around my age, and the way some of them do drive, Im not the least bit surprised, that $4K a year is the norm for anybody under 25

It's nothing to do with Christmas either. These people are completely screwed in the head all year long! The main problem in this city is that everyone thinks they are better and more important people than everyone else. I've never seen a city so plagued with unfriendly, thankless, miserable, inconsiderate tools in my life.

I am a door holder-opener...and proud of it I might add. I'd have to say one out of every four people will actually say thanks. Two out of those four won't even make eye contact with you. Put them behind the wheel of a car and it just gets worse.

Oooo....now I'm all revved up. Thanks, Blind, for bringing that up. Now I gotta go beat some old ladies or something....blow off some steam.

it depends on the place, Calgary is quite friendly. Yeah the drivers are idiots, but its really bad during Christmas
