if they get even 1 million accounts, thats well 1 million gigabytes, 1000 terabytes and 1 petabyte.
Or maybe i screwed up in the above paragraph, but still that is crazy how can they afford to give that kinda storage? I can't imagine what their servers must be worth.
a big hard drive now a days is 80 or 120gb. that'd hold only 120 people. Thats just rediculous, i'm sure they're a big enough company they can afford to do this and what not....but i dunno it's crazy

they've only got limited accts currenlty cause they're just in a testing process i dunno if they're gonna charge for each acct. I've been at the understanding that they'll be free, but it'd make more sense to charge per acct.
Of course if they did give free accts, well they've got the internet on the search engine side of things, that'd probably give them the email side of the internet....they're slowly taking over

You people are NUTS for using gmail. I will never send any email to anyone using a gmail.com address. They store and archive all of your email, even deleted ones, and they are accessible 'internally' for an indefinite period of time (forever). So not only are they keeping all your mail, but whoever sends you mail is having their message stored without their permission. Do a search on any search engine including google to see some other peoples thoughts on this scam. I can just see all the people going nuts when a couple years from now, google search results start bringing up their old personal email.
