Wiring a sub for 2 ohm

I just bought 1 12" DVC 4ohm sub and before it gets here I wanna know how to wire it for 2 ohm, a picture would be good.

Ahh ok now I understand what that means. Then bridge it? I have a 2 channel amp.

Are you sure your 2 channel amp can be bridged to 1 x 2 ohms?

What amp do you have?

My amp is stable up to .5 ohm and gives out 700rms at .5 ohm. It's a Ultra Linear UL200HC. Thanks for the Diagram aneonrider. I'm currently running dual 12"s in a bandpass box bridged to 2 ohms. SVC 4ohm subs.
