Here is my recommendations,
1) get the 6x9's out of the box and get rid of them seal up the box with just the two subs.
2) Get a set of 6x8 for the rear factory location, or if you think you can modify the 6x8 location to fit two of those 6x9's then keep two and put them in there. But since your new to this I would go the easy route.
3) 3.5" for the stock dash locations (run off deck power)
4) If you want door speakers I would recommend a pair of 6.5" thin depth. As putting 6x9's in the doors may get in the way of the windows.
Then for amps run one 4 channel for the doors and rear 6x8" and a 4ohm stable 2 channel for the subs. Or a 5 channel.

i guess i am going to get ri d of the 6x9s in the box, i was thinking about air the whole time as zing put it so, 1-4 are feaseable and most likely will be the end result after a few tears and such, but yea ur going to need to either go indepth witht hat last sentance, sry for all ur trouble

Ya sorry edited my post relize they were DVC subs so for the subs a 4 ohm stable bridged 2 channel. Or a 5 channel with a 1ohm stable 5th channel. (as in only a 5 channel) the three 6x9's are a little difficult to wire on a 2 or 4 channel amp.
