sunfire doors flush mount

ok thanks for all your help on my last "sunfire doors" thread but ive got another problem everyone agreed that 5 1/4" round speaks would fit great but since i dont have power windows what do i do about the stupid window crank??? its right in the way....does anyone know if theres like a way to mount the speaker so its like right flush on the door so the crank goes over it??

i belive theres 4x6's up front but i dont like the idea of 6x9's in the back and 4x6's in the front id perfer to run the set of 5 1/4" kenwoods i have sitting in my room....

has anyone installed any other sized speakers in sunfire doors without power windows???

5.25 or 6.5 will fit with a 3/4" MDF adaptor. Power windows or none.
