and your amp only pushes 150x2 at 4 ohm or 430x1 at 4ohm i dont know if you have 2 subs or just one but either way they are starving... unless you only have one sub bridged having 430watts rms into a sub that only handles 250watt rms ... could fry the poor thing if not setup right

from the first post I would of thought the amp isn't sufficient enough for what he's expecting.

I would make sure you have everything hooked up properly to your deck, as in using the sub out and that all the settings for sub output level (if you have it) is proper.

Try setting your amp gain at half, and lowpass crossover at 80hz. These ***** should be on the amp side. You can try jacking the gain higher and see what happens. And on your deck, adjust subwoofer output to maximum possible setting. Make sure speaker wire is red to red and white/black to white/black.

There is way to much stuff you need to learn. You don't even know what crossovers are... You don't expect people here to walk you through every step, do you? This will help.

Post pictures of everything - power wire, connection to the battery, interconnects hooked up, everything.

Then we can start giving you suggestions.

It might be the install, the equipment, the enclosure, could be a *ton* of stuff.

Start posting pictures and we'll help.

it's not always as easy as you think. There's a lot to learn about car audio before you actually know what you're doing. Go to this site and start reading.
