Sorry to hear about your troubles. I feel for you. That seller should be taken off eBay. He is selling stolen goods - illegal copies of software.

I don't think you can send it back. The description does say "as is". The deck is most likely not from his car. It was probably stolen or he took it out of a car from a wreckers where he stole it.

I just went over the guy's feedback. He's a bit of a slime bucket. He has a pretty low number of transactions and an 87% rating? 13 negatives in one year. Some advice. Never buy from anybody with less than 97%. Even at that, I read through every negative feedback to see what kind of problems have arisen. Good for you to at least leave a neutral feedback, and good to see you have 100% feedback.

I have bought hundreds of items off eBay and for the most part, people are very honest. Maybe eBay should be warned about this guy.
