Should I use higher awg cable?

Right now, I am just running a Kenwood KAC-8152D @ 550w RMS 2ohms for my sub, but I might be adding a Kicker KX350.4 to power my front and rears. I am using 4awg cable, and would be splitting it off to the two amps with a power block.

Should I rewire and go with 2awg to the power block then 4awg to the two amps?

Wiring it with 0awg wouldn't fit under the panels, I would like to, but wouldn't fit.

I think you'll be alright with that wire... the mids/tweets dont draw anywhere near as much power as the subs will.

I may go down to a local car audio shop and see if I can get a scrap piece of 0awg to try, if it fits, I may go with 0awg, but that will be quite expensive. Unless someone can give me a good deal on a full kit

$109 is a bit too pricey to spend on wiring for me right now. Maybe in the future, unless he can sell it to me for $65

EDIT: Crap! I took a second look at my wiring, and it is only 8awg! It has been a while, and I thought I put a 4awg kit in it. That pretty much means I have to rewire!
Since 0awg is a bit out of my price range, I guess that 2awg would be plenty good.
