It will work, just no fader control. You will have to set your gains on your amps just right to get a good blend from rear fill. Also make sure you can turn off your "sub out" and pass full range or you will get nothing but low frequency. Too bad you cant turn in the deck and pay a little difference for something with front rear and sub out and prefereably not Sony...

it says sub/ rear out on the back of the deck, so either rear speakers or the sub. it should put out full range shouldnt it? and will the deck function properly if no speaker wires are hooked up?

Yes you will get full range from the RCAs. Yes you can split them to run to both your amps. Yes as long as you tape all wires not being used the deck will function perfectly.

that is almost guarentee that's what the problem was.
Like the others said, y-adaptors will work, and turn the RCA output to full range. put but connectors on your unused wires, like the ones in the picture that I showed you yesturday.

cool...good luck....if you ever decide you want to uprade anything...upgrade your deck before anything else.....trust me, even a mid/high level deck will make a world of difference with the equipment you already have.
