I'm probably posting/ asking in the wrong area but...Was cleaning the wifes van the other day and found that 1 of the clips that are atatched to the glass came off. It's been a long time since I've seen this , do I just fire up the soldering iron or is there something else? Don't wan't to bust the glass over this! ???

K I guess out comes the solder then. Is it recomended to use extra flux or any thing? What bugs me the most that my wife didn't even know it was busted.

The wire came out of its plastic casing ?

Bend the wire up a bit and jam it back inside its casing so youre sure its making contact... next glue the SOB in place with some epoxy...

Parts Express has a cold solder (conductive polymer) for fixing defrosters and circuit traces. It looks to be exactly what you are looking for.
