If you look at the speaker connectors on the amp, it should show you where to hook up the wires for "bridged" mode.....if it sounded better in the pillow box on one of the amp channels, bridging the amp will help a lot.

Before you take the system out to your car, getting a ported box for one sub will get the most out of what you have without damaging anything.....if you're not sure how to do the install, ask for help here or take it to a shop near you......
