Question about installing custom ports

its roughtly 3.24 or close to that box measures 30x15.5x14

The problem is that I am listening to what your saying and a 2" port will have a heck of alot of velocity.

If it was me I wouldnt even use a 3" port Id go to a 4" [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img]

We're all throwing him numbers, but what are the exact specs on those subs? I mean you should technically have a particular length and port area for a particular sub, right guys?

So you'd fall into the large box category. To begin with, divide the box internally with mdf the same thickness as the box is made of.

Then it says one port per sub of 3" x 13.75", but if you can't find any at Home depot (PVC tubing for water) or even from palette wrapping material (cardboard tubing) then you might get away with 2 2" tubes since the surface area is 7cu in for a 3" tube and about 6.28cu in for 2 2" tubes. Use the same length for each though.
