Thats not a very good fix in many instances, so if grounding the decks chassis (or RCA neg) dosen't work out... look for a high quality isolator or consider going with an external power supply with either active noise suppression or floating ground... (google: autosound2000)

a new deck might be a good option...


just keep in mind pioneers are not the only brand with this problem...

What would you consider a good deck that is reasonably priced that would fix this problem (and hopefully have 5 volt pre-outs)? (I do not mind buying online if need be). I don't want to break the bank as my setup is not nearly as fancy as many of yours.
